Forgotten Your Password 

Just send us an e-mail to info@alicesrecords.com with Password in the Subject line and our system will do it's best to send you your password as soon as possible. The system is designed to process orders first so any Password requests are second in the queue to orders. REMEMBER you must use the e-mail address which is the one you used to register in the first place. Hence, it's no good e-mailing us from work telling us that you have forgotten your password at home.

Want to change Your Login or Password

It's really easy to change either your login or password. Just login to our on-line system using your existing login and password. Then click on the Register icon which will call up your existing details. You can then change your Login (e-mail address) or your password or both. Remember, if you change your e-mail address then that becomes your new login. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot change details for you.. as we don't have access to your data (we don't know your password!!)
