| HOW TO ORDER (UK) |
| We accept Visa Credit and Debit cards, MasterCard, Delta, Electron, Solo and Switch. Orders are usually dispatched the same day by first class post and typically arrive in 1 - 2 days. All first time orders are supplied with a full catalogue and will subsequently receive new catalogues as available. Please note that all the information in the catalogue is contained on the website, which is usually much more up to date.. |
| BY POST - Print off the order form supplied and
complete your name and address along with what you wish to order, then send it to us with a cheque or postal
order made payable to 'Alice's Records' or complete your credit card details on the form. Alternatively, just
write your name and address and order details on a piece of paper.

| OVERSEAS ORDERS |
| All payments must be made in Pounds Sterling, we do not
accept any foreign currencies. If paying by credit card, you will be charged the total amount in Pounds and this will be converted
automatically to the equivalent amount in your currency by the credit card company, and will appear on your next statement.
If not paying by credit card, you can send us an International Money Order, Sterling Bank Draft, British Postal Orders, etc., but all must be in Pounds Sterling.
Our prices include postage within the UK only, so if ordering from outside of this area you will need to add additional
postage to your total to cover our extra costs. : EUROPE (incl. EIRE) - Please add £1.00 for the first item and 50p for each extra item. Example : if ordering 3 items you would need to add £2.00 (£1.00 +50p +50p) : REST OF THE WORLD - Please add £2.00 for the first item and £1.00 for each extra item. Example : if ordering 3 items you would need to add £4.00 (£2.00 +£1.00 +£1.00) : All orders are sent Air Mail and typically take 2 - 4 days (Europe), 5 - 6 days (World). You can order using any of the methods listed above in the UK instructions. If you wish your order to be sent by Registered Post/ International Courier, etc., please enquire as the costs are considerably higher. |

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 This is important. Please read carefully: The act of you, the customer, placing an order for goods with us, the supplier means that a contract is in place for the supply of such goods. Any such contract shall be governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales shall have non exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Please note that your rights to cancel a contract within 7 days does not apply to Audio or Video recordings that have been delivered to you and have been opened. You have the right under the above regulations to cancel a contract for no reason at all and with no penalty. If you wish to cancel a contract please write to CPDS Dept, Alice’s Records, P O Box 187, Hailsham, BN27 9AW, United Kingdom. To cancel a contract you must give us notice within 7 working days starting on the day after the day you receive the goods from us. We shall refund the total amount paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if required, within 30 days starting with the day on which we receive a notice of cancellation in writing from you. We would remind you that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your cost to the relevant address and we advise you to ensure that the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation, or if requested, we can collect the goods from you at your cost. |
